Keeping your jewelry clean will extend its life as dirt particles act as an abrasive and will wear down links and joints. Be sure to rinse well with warm water and dry with a soft cloth after using any cleaners. Avoid hair spray and makeup contact with precious stones.
Storing
Keep your jewelry from scratching by separating in a fabric-lined case or jewelry box. Wrapping jewelry in tissue paper while traveling will help to keep your jewelry from tumbling around while in transit. Remember that diamonds will scratch other diamonds as well as gold and all other stones, therefore delicate care of diamond jewelry is a must.
