Return Policy
- You may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days with the original receipt.
- If returning merchandise purchased by credit card or store account, the same account will be credited.
- Cash; if funds are available, cash will be given. When funds are unavailable, a refund check will be issued from our office within 7 days of the refund date.
- If your purchase included a trade-in, You will receive either your original trade-in back, or an item of like dollar value.
- All custom designed jewelry is non-refundable.
- All clearance items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
The clearance pricing policy is as follows:
The ticket price refers to the original price of the merchandise. Items offered at a clearance
price are items that priced otherwise may not have resulted in sales. Clearance prices are final
markdowns and available as long as inventory exists.
All items listed on this site may not be in stock. We carry a great deal of merchandise
and our stock will vary. We will be glad to order any item that is out of stock if available.
If not available we will offer a substitute when possible.
