Return Policy
- You may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days with the original receipt.
- If returning merchandise purchased by credit card or store account, the same account will be credited.
- Cash; if funds are available, cash will be given. When funds are unavailable, a refund check will be
issued from our office within 7 days of the refund date.
- If your purchase included a trade-in, You will receive either your original trade-in back,
or an item of like dollar value.
- All custom designed jewelry is non-refundable.
- All clearance items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
The clearance pricing policy is as follows:
- The ticket prices refer to the original price of the merchandise.
- Items offered at a clearance
price are items that priced otherwise may not have resulted in sales. Clearance prices are final
markdowns and available as long as inventory exists.
- All items listed on this site may not be in stock. We carry a great deal of merchandise
and our stock will vary. We will be glad to order any item that is out of stock if available.
If not available we will offer a substitute when possible.
